BERKELEY - Openings are still available for Cal’s annual Father & Son Camp, which runs over Father’s Day Weekend June 13-15 at Haas Pavilion. Led by the new Golden Bear coaching staff, under the direction of head coach Mike Montgomery, the three-day session is designed for fathers and sons to spend qualifty time together while learning more about basketball. In addition to Father & Son Camp, two sessions of day camp and one team camp are offered this summer. Instruction includes position specific training, fundamental skill development, and drills concentrating on shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defensive techniques. Campers ages 6-8 are placed in one group and campers ages 9-11 are in a different group, while campers ages 12-16 are placed in another group.
